BOSU Pump: Now challenge your balance, coordination and stamina on the BOSU. This class is an athletic style cardio strength mix that’s fun, different and exciting!
Belly Dancing: Open your mind to this class and prepare your body to have loads of fun. This is a cardio workout that will get your hips and legs shaking and burning. The Middle Eastern dance moves in this class will truly make you feel muscles you’ve never felt before.
The Boxing Class: Knock-out cardio workout! Learn how to throw punches, hook & uppercuts while working on your cardio endurance with agility work &some foot speed drills.
Cardio-Strength Mix: This dynamite combination of cardio and strength is taught either in segments or interval style. The instructor may incorporate anything from multi-impact aerobics and step, to jump ropes, weights, bands, and body bars.
Core-Ball/Sculpt Mix: A full-body sculpting class using weights and resista-balls shaping your body and strengthening your core.
Circuit Breaker: This intense cardio/strength class will keep you moving through a non-stop circuit style workout. Be ready for anything and everything!
Gotta Glide: This full body/cardio work out incorporates Gliding Discs that work your inner/outer thighs and other parts of your legs you’ve never felt before! Dumbbells, Body Bars and resistance tubes are also used to sculpt and tone your body.
Kick-Boxing: This workout will challenge your upper and lower body and every muscle in between. Cross train your muscles and have your body kick and punch in different ways.
The Running Class: A track & field inspired class that will include a warm-up run to the track at the North Castle Community Park. The class will stretch; work on speed drills, interval training and core strength. It is recommended that participants have experience running or are currently capable of running for a minimum of 20 minutes. Bring water!
Sport Pump: Get your PUMP on! Athletic drills, agility movements, kick-box, jump rope, aerobics, dumbbells, resistance bands, medicine balls and the BOSU are all in this class.
