Pilates is a contemporary, anatomically-based, modernized approach to the Joseph Pilates exercise method. Experience the benefits of Pilates Equipment Training in a state-of-the-art, fully equipped Pilates Studio. Using specialized equipment, this effective mind-body approach to exercise will produce optimal strength, flexibility and posture without building bulk or stressing joints.

Work one-on-one or with a partner with a full range of Pilates equipment including the Reformer, Cadillac, Stability Chair, Ladder Barrel and Arc Barrel. Our Pilates Studio is private and strictly reserved for training sessions only.

All of our instructors have been certified through Stott Pilates and/or Pilates Academy International.

I like to use props i.e., magic circle, balls, and weights to develop strength and to activate the powerhouse muscles in the body.
