This Monday we’re moving away from push-ups to help you work parts of your body that are tough to challenge at home without equipment.

If you’ve trained with me, you know upper body pulls that promote posture are heavily featured.

Some variation of the chest supported row is part of every workout I perform and direct.

They’re either setting the table for what’s to come, supplementing the main move, or both.

If you’re focused and capable, the bent over row may be the best exercise you can perform. It’s an excellent assessment and indicator of fitness.
