Mark will guide you through sitting, walking, and moving practices that use intention, repeating phrases, and visualizations, to strengthen your minds wholesome qualities of love and compassion. You will learn both the formal and informal ways of using each method so you will be able to continue training your mind, even after the retreat. This retreat also includes one of Mark’s favorite guided meditations called “The Healing Temple.” Through guidance and visualization this practice invites your own deepest wisdom to bring healing to your body, heart, and mind. It opens you up to your own unconscious mind which will offer you gifts of wisdom and direction for moving forward with whatever struggles you may be experiencing at this time.
