Amber Trejo

Registered Dietitian


Amber is a registered dietitian, certified NASM personal trainer, and certified PROnatal trainer who founded Naked Wellness to help people achieve their individual nutrition and fitness goals in a positive and sustainable way. Her coaching strategy focuses on making nutrition and fitness less complicated, cultivating a positive relationship with food and exercise, and navigating the myths surrounding these topics. She believes that food should be delicious, nourishing, and not feared, and that physical activity should be a celebration of movement and strength. Amber has coached clients in sports performance, gut health, weight loss, pre/postnatal, and more, and her coaching approach helps clients find what works for them to reach their goals and maintain their achievements.

Dave Callari

Precision Nutrition: PN1 and NASM-CPT

David Callari is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. He is the owner of RPM Nutrition and is certified as an evidence-based nutrition practitioner through Precision Nutrition and The Clean Health Fitness Institute. On the training side, he is a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM. David has been fortunate enough to study from some of the elite in the fitness industry such as hypertrophy researcher Chris Beardsley, Paul Carter, and OG nutrition researcher Alan Aragon. Over the years his clients have ranged from beginners to Olympic athletes and fitness models, and even with that variety of lifestyles he understands that training alone is not enough to achieve their goals. Educating and providing clients with the necessary tools and information to take control of their progress is his ultimate focus.
