High Intensity Interval Training at its best. Focus on cardio bursts, weights, mobility and more to strengthen your heart and your body.

Yoga

Yoga classes designed to physically and mentally challenge you. This practice can increase strength, endurance and ability to focus on any task for a long period of time with out breaking your concentration

 

Barre

This class will begin with a cardio warm-up then work the elements of mat Pilates and Barre for a full body workout using props: light hand weights, Pilates balls, fitness circles and dynabands.

 

SPIN

Cardio-respiratory workout appropriate for all levels of fitness. Classes are 55-minutes long unless otherwise noted on the schedule.

 

Boxing

Be prepared for anything! This cardiovascular challenge can combine intervals, multi- impacted moves, boxing, jump rope, medicine ball drills and more!

 

All classes marked with an asterisk (*) require sign-up by phone, in person at the front desk or through the app 24 hours in advance.
