CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
A technique designed to increase your range of motion and help improve your flexibility and performance.
ets bring the training floor to the group exercise studio. This class has a strong emphasis on proper form and technique and will help teach you the basic movements of weight training from deadlifts to squats to glute drive and more. Focusing on building strength and feeling challenged each week.
Barre class incorporates a series of authentic barre exercises rooted in dance technique. Sculpt and tone lean muscle with adding flexibility using light weights and high repetition. We look forward to seeing you at the Barre.
Barre Fusion Barre fusion class incorporates a series of authentic barre exercises with the best of pilates based exercises. Sculpt, lift and tone lean muscle with adding flexibility and length. We look forward to seeing you in class.
This intense cardio/strenght class will keep you moving through a non-stop circuit style workout at your own station/ground. Be ready for anything!
Using the Bosu as a tool the instructor will challenge your stamina, strength and mental toughness. You will be guaranteed a great sweat in this 55 minute class.
This boxing inspired class takes you through a series of boxing drills and weight combinations that will strengthen and condition your whole body.

A cross conditioning class that will challenge & inspire you. You will use weights, medicine balls, steps and your own body weight to train every inch of your body. You will leave feeling powerful and motivated to do more!
Strengthen and sculpt your entire body with this amazing weight training routine. We will condition and strengthen every muscle using different size dumbbells to sculpt the entire body.
Fierce Dance Fitness is a high energy, dance fitness class set to some of the best music you know including pop, hip hop, dance hall and more! The moves repeat at the same parts of the music so it’s easy to catch on! It’s not about being the best dancer in the room…it’s about feeling the music and letting go! Fierce Dance Fitness is a feel-good workout that doesn’t feel like a workout!
This is a Total Body Workout that uses weights and other easy to find equipment for a complete fat burning workout. Strength training larger muscle groups mixed with bursts of cardio and abs to keep your heart rate elevated and your body burning.
Interval training at its best. Alternate bursts of intense cardio moves with rest and challenging strength training exercises to maximize your results.
Playing on the principals of a barre class but taking it to the floor. Mix of Pilates, Yoga, calisthenics and cardio to amp it up.
Our Pilates classes consist of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.
Lets take the Pilates method and add a new dimension to the already amazing Pilates work, by adding barre exercises. Participants may utilize either bands, the Pilates ring or ball for a different challenge.
The best of both worlds! You will do continuous SPIN, followed by 5-7 minutes of an upper body workout on the bike while pedaling to medium resistance, ending in a continuous SPIN.
Join this class that’s designed to move you through a sculpting workout using dumbbells and your own body weight to exhaust every part of your body to a new level. This experience will not disappoint you.
Vinyasa is a style of yoga where poses are linked together in a flow like style to build heat in the body naturally from the inside out. Emphasis is placed on flexibility, strength and coordination.
We all know that meditation is good for us, but we all struggle to find the time and stay consistent. Now, THE GYM, is offering a meditation class on Wednesday mornings with our Mental Fitness Trainer, Mark Van Buren. Each class will provide a lecture followed by guided meditations (seated, walking, lying down, moving). Come join Mark’s weekly class and work on your mental fitness!
