Jennifer is an advocate for exercise and nutrition, with an emphasis on sustainable lifestyle changes tailored to each client’s individual needs. Drawing on her extensive background in sports and fitness, she helps people improve their health, confidence, and overall quality of life.

Jenn earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and is NASM-certified. She is passionate about educating others on the benefits of movement, stress management, longevity, and building confidence through healthy habits.

Outside of the gym, Jenn promotes stretching, pole fitness, and dance as alternative ways to stay active and make fitness enjoyable. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, horseback riding, and discovering new experiences.
