With over 30 years of coaching experience—and many years right here at THE GYM—Ken brings a big-picture approach to fitness. For him, it’s never just about dropping weight or training for a season; it’s about helping clients keep doing what they love, from competing on the court to playing with their grandkids. As goals shift from performance to longevity, Ken adapts with them, creating an experience that makes even those who thought they weren’t “gym people” feel at home.
