TRAINERS UNSCRIPTED

Where you see the people behind the training and find the connection that moves you forward.

Through personal stories and real moments, you’ll see what drives them (and maybe find what moves you too.)

Grazi’s journey started back in Brazil, where fitness didn’t come naturally and she grew up “a bit fluffy” (her words, not ours). What began as a hard, humbling process turned into life-changing strength in both body and mind. Now, after ten years in the U.S. and more than four years as a trainer, she builds her approach around that same transformation. She knows the doubts, the quick-fix temptations, and the question of whether you belong—because she’s lived it. And she knows how powerful it feels when you push past it. That’s why training with Grazi feels different: she listens first, learns who you are, and walks with you through more than just the workout. For her, fitness isn’t about perfection—it’s about showing up, staying consistent, and having fun with the process.

Brian Longo

In this video, Trainer Brian Longo breaks down his simple but powerful approach to fitness: saving you time by auditing your week. Using his 168-hour rule, he shows how to cut the waste, find the hours you didn’t think you had, and turn them into real progress.

Sarah Jung

In this video, Personal Trainer Sarah Jung opens up about the delicate balance between honesty and empathy in her coaching style. She shares how delivering the truth—especially around habits like eating or exercise—isn’t the hard part. The real challenge is knowing how each client needs to hear it. By taking the time to understand who they are, Sarah ensures that every conversation, no matter how difficult, is grounded in care, respect, and a genuine desire to help them grow.

Carlos Marulanda

In this video, Carlos opens up about the personal transformation that shaped his approach to training. He shares how his own struggles—physical, emotional, and mental—led him to a deeper understanding of what people truly need when they come to THE GYM. It’s not just accountability or a push to work harder. It’s presence, empathy, and someone who sees beyond the surface. Whether you’re dealing with self-doubt, past pain, or simply feeling stuck, Carlos explains how healing begins when you’re finally seen—and how fitness can be a powerful part of that process.
