David has 20 years experience in the Fitness Industry. Owner of RPM Nutrition, he is an evidence based nutrition practitioner certified through Precision Nutrition and The Clean Health Fitness Institute. David is also a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM (Nation Academy of Sports Medicine).

His background includes a B.S. in Exercise Science and specializations in corrective exercise and human movement. Jasper Chau, NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a background in Exercise Science and Nutrition, brings his expertise and a passion for fitness to his clients. With a rich history in swimming, he’s dedicated to guiding others on their fitness journeys, emphasizing the importance of effort for achieving goals. Jasper lives by the motto, “When you focus on the good, the good gets better,” promoting a positive outlook on health and well-being.
With a background in speech therapy, Jackie is enthusiastic about inspiring others to make meaningful changes in their lives. That’s what brought her to personal training. Fitness has made such an impact on her life, she now wants to help others achieve the same. She’s a NASM-CPT, with industry experience starting in 2016 as a Group Ex instructor. Her approach emphasizes an enjoyable, efficient, and sustainable approach to fitness.
